The following Terms of Service govern the use of and access to the services operated and provided by Aimfit in connection with a paid subscription to the service.
By accepting these terms you have agreed to be bound to these terms. You can execute this contract by clicking on the box below indicating your acceptance or by agreeing to the subscription order form containing reference to these terms.
The Age Restriction for an individual is 12 years or above to purchase the subscription for Aimfit services and become a member of Aimfit. Individuals with prior health issues or suffering through one at the time of buying the subscription should provide the following clarifications:

Aimfit grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable right and license to access and use the Aimfit Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service and only for as long as you are permitted by us to do so. This right may not be assigned or sublicensed to anyone. This license grants you the right to view content on the Aimfit service. Aimfit wants you to assure that copyright and other proprietary notices are preserved while viewing the content online. This license grant is subject to you agreeing to and abiding by the Terms of service and will remain in effect unless and until you violate these Terms or this license is terminated by you or Aimfit.
You are restricted to not copy, disseminate, sell, transfer, create derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Aimfit services, nor will you take any steps to disrupt or harm it. Copying, changing, or using Content for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use of the Aimfit service, including the use of Aimfit content on any other website or networked computer system, is strictly prohibited.
To access Aimfit LIVE or On-demand classes on our mobile or web platform, you need to become a member of Aimfit by purchasing a subscription. You are required to provide us with all the correct information at the time of account creation(mandatory process to become a member) and notify us of any changes to that information. False information or failure to convey updated information can result in termination of your membership and subscription to Aimfit services.
You are solely responsible for any activity that occurs under your account on our online platform. You may not permit any unauthorized users to access your account. You are required to safeguard your account access credentials(username and password), if you observe any unusual activity on your account immediately change your password or reach out to our support team.
You are requested to provide us with the correct personal information up to your best knowledge and refrain from any misleading information while at the creation of your account for our online services. You may not use someone else’s personal details ( Contact Number, Email ID ), other public information, or image that violates any third party rights as it is against the law and objectionable to Aimfit.
You can find the subscription plans and fee charges for Aimfit online services on Aimfit’s official website. The fee charges for Aimfit’s In-person studio classes can be inquired by the respective studio’s administration. The fee charges/prices are bound to change.
Aimfit may suspend, disable, or delete your account or block or remove any content that you submitted, for any lawful reason, including if Aimfit believes that you have violated the terms and your conduct or content would tend to damage Aimfit’s reputation or purpose. Once Aimfit deletes your account you wouldn’t be allowed to re-register under another username and Aimfit might block your access to Aimfit services.
The person who originated any user content, whether publicly posted or privately communicated, is solely responsible for it. You represent and warrant that all user content supplied by or on your behalf is accurate, complete, up-to-date, and in accordance with these Terms of Service as well as all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You accept that you access all content through the Aimfit services at your own risk and that you will be entirely responsible for any harm or loss caused to you or any other party as a result. We make no representations, warranties, or assurances about any content that you obtain on or via the Aimfit service to the fullest extent is authorized by law.
Aimfit grants you a limited exclusive license to download and install a copy of the App on a mobile device or computer that you own or control, and to run such a copy of the App solely for your own personal purposes. You may only make a reasonable number of copies of the App for backup or archival purposes. You may not do any of the following unless expressly approved by these Terms:
Your challenge registration is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. In all circumstances, you can not refund your subscription. For valid requests, the client cycle can be frozen and the amount can be adjusted in their account.
In case clients have faced any medical emergency or they are unable to continue the challenge due to some unforeseeable circumstances, they must inform our team via an email at info@iaimfit.com or can WhatsApp us at +92 335 4246348. For all valid requests, please share valid proof and the client’s cycle will be frozen and their remaining days will be adjusted in another cycle once the client is ready to re-join. This shall be informed prior 1-2 days before the freezing date.
AimFit DOES NOT guarantee any results if you are not regular with your classes or following a healthy eating regimen nor does Aimfit commit any certain amount of weight loss on a scale.
Post-Pregnancy/PreNatal/ Any Medical Conditions
These provisions apply when you participate in the programs offered by Aimfit on the Platform. If you do not agree to these provisions, you must not participate at all.
When participating in any of the Programs, you represent, warrant, and acknowledge the following:
you are participating in the Program entirely at your own risk, and acknowledge that you also do so entirely at your own risk.
you have obtained and relied on the medical clearance of your doctor, physician, obstetrician or other medical professionals in determining to participate in the program makes no representation or warranty that any particular fitness, nutrition, or health program is suitable, safe, or adequate for any particular User.
